Sam is such a great little helper. Lately she has throughly enjoyed helping out in the kitchen with baking. She has helped Richard make a cheesecake for Laura's birthday, bread, cookies or whatever is being done that she catches us doing. Below is a great EASY "NO bake" cookie recipe that I got from a friend of mine. Sam has so much fun making these. She now has her own designated apron that she always goes to put on first now.Eskimo Cookies
3/4 c softened butter
1 c granulated sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
2 cups oatmeal
mix (with hands) all together in a bowl
roll into balls and into powdered sugar
Refigerate.
