On Monday we traveled back to Charlton, MA to stay with the Truemans for 3 days. We even got to enjoy smores around a camp (style) fire in the back yard (how cool is that, thx Paul), at least until it started raining on us and we had to make a break for it.
Tuesday was a fun filled day - we traveled into Boston and went to the Childrens Museum. This was a lot of fun for all (19 month old to 7 1/2 yr olds to 17 yr old to the adults).

Once we were done seeing all there was to see at the museum we decided to venture around Boston for a bit. We headed out towards the North End and the Faneuil Market area. It took us a while to get to where we were were going but I have to say I really enjoyed seeing all the sites.

As my mother in law said we had a SERENDIPITOUS day and it truly was. We planned nothing of our walk around Boston and we found lots of cool sites and had a lot of fun discovering them. A couple of the sites was a reminder to us of what a blessing it is to be an american and to have our freedom. We walked along a holocast memorial and happened upon this HUGE American Flag.
