We decided to go to the Zoo in Waco with Maranda and the kids since I had a day off for Labor Day. This was a really fun afternoon. This was a new zoo for us to visit and Sam was really excited as she got to see all kinds of animals that we only see in her books. Of course the best part of all was stopping for ice cream on the way home. Poor Sam fell asleep and didn't get any.
